What is Preventative Maintenance?

Preventative maintenance is the care and service dedicated to checking equipment operations, preventing long term damage, continued functionality and reduction of utility costs.

 

Why is it important?

Regular checks and service to equipment prevents major repairs, longer equipment lifespan, and better mechanical operation efficiency. It may also be a requirement for manufacturer warranty.

 

Maintenance Options

 

Preventative Maintenance Agreements are personalized for each customer based upon the equipment in your home or business, the accessories related to your equipment (such as filters, humidifiers, zone, etc.), and the frequency of service.

Xtra Agreement

  3. Preferred Treatment – Regular service increases your system’s reliability, but should you need emergency service, you will receive preferential treatment. With the Xtra Plan you pay no diagnostics fee if the call can be scheduled during regular working hours.
  4. Price Protection – Your agreement price cannot be raised during the effective dates. During the agreement period should you need any repairs, they will be at the agreement customer discount pricing.
