- Commercial change out and sheetmetal ductwork experience

Field Assistant/Internship
Job Description: The willingness and ability to learn how to properly install all types of HVAC units, accessories and ductwork. This position covers two areas in our company. Our Field Assistants are full-time staff members that are working to learn all the skills needed to become Lead Installers. Our internship program is part-time and geared toward teaching the basic skills in having a job in the field of HVAC. Skills learned in this program vary from assignment to assignment, but the objective is to provide a thorough view of what it will take to have a career in HVAC.
