Thermostats

Not all thermostats are the same, but neither are all heating and air systems. Zoning

The thermostat war is the most common complaint by customers. The kitchen is blazing hot and the living room is freezing cold, how do you fix that? We fix that with zoning. What is zoning? Zoning is placing dampers and controls in your ductwork to modulate how much cooling/heating you get to each area of your home. Each area will have its’ own thermostat, so don’t be surprised by two or more thermostats for one heating and cooling system.
